"This gastropub is run by one of the best chefs in the city, Derek Dammann. Maison Publique is classic Plateau-Mont-Royal charm. The menu changes all the time, but the last time I was there, the "greens" was an escarole and chicory salad with an anchovy and raw garlic vinaigrette. It just so happens that Derek had a small piece line-caught bluefin tuna of which I had lightly seared over the salad. It was unbelievable."
