"Keep it short and sweet like Diner: a small, solid menu with specials that change daily based on seasonal ingredients. They're kind of responsible for the whole "do-it-yourself" type of cooking/butchering/pickling/foraging aesthetic that now defines the BK movement (if you want to call it that). Their homemade bacon is always a winner. Last time, I had it with a thick piece of toast rubbed with Concord grape jelly."
