"David Honeysett is a very talented chef, so I hope he does not get upset that I recommend a classic dish that has been on the menu since the 1970s but this version is just so perfect that I have to give it a shout out. He buys great meat, sears it well with peppercorns and serves it with great fries and a peppercorn sauce made with brandy."
