Bacon hamburger


"This will really irritate several of my chef friends, but with burgers, I am kind of old-fashioned. It is giant but not tall, and is seasoned fantastically. Add thick slabs of bacon and, mind you, the bacon, burger, and bun go on the same griddle, which I prefer. Add iceberg lettuce (yes, I said it) and pickles. I love this burger."
