"Although there's no pastry chef, Tony Fortuna has some of the best and most fun desserts in the city. All served in rather large Petri-style glass bowls, these very tasty treats serve two to four, but get all of them as you will be passing them around arguing over which is best. The banana is my favorite. He also does Andre Soltner's classic chocolate mousse, as well as an excellent crème brûlée."
