"Jeff runs Pal's out of a little corner store on 24th and Hampshire in the Mission. He sources all of his ingredients from farmers markets, mostly relying on the Berkeley market where he can get eggs, produce, and pastured chickens from Riverdog Farm and lettuces from Blue Heron. This sandwich combines egg salad (with brown butter in it) and ham with lettuce and cucumber on an Acme roll, and it's delicious. I usually get two sandwiches from him, one to eat in the car and one to save for later."
