"The Little Village's warm hospitality to non-Chinese speaking guests really sets this restaurant apart. This dish is a classic and it's easy to screw up, but it's done to perfection here. The caramelized walnuts and shrimp are so good together."
"She calls herself 'The Angry Korean Lady,’ and her food is as fiery as her temper. The kalbi (grilled short ribs) are frickin' excellent. The marinade is completely absorbed by the meat, and the char from the grill gives it an unforgettable crust. Get the green onion seafood pancake too. A tip—don't show fear! She's actually very sweet. And also, if you bring alcohol, bring her something. She likes Japanese and Korean beers, but soju and sake are best! Sure-fire way to get on her good side."
"I love the unique atmosphere here, especially at the bar. A primal watering hole where you can sip exotic concoctions and pick bones in a bowl. The stewed beef bone marrow is served in phở broth with shallots, greens onions and, of course, a baguette to sop up every delicious bite."
