"Tender chunks of stewed beef and luau leaves make this combination a true flavor of Hawaii. Make sure to eat this stew with a side of poi, Hawaiian salt, and sweet onions. Don't forget to sip on some chili pepper water in between bites."
"This is a classic grilled Cubano sandwich with ham, pork, pickles, and yellow mustard. I am a big fan of all sandwiches, but I am a bit picky having spent some time in Florida. I really like the fact that they roast their own pork and offer pulled pork as well. They use good quality bread and just the right amount of acid and tang from the pickles and mustard to balance out the rich pork."
"This is a locally inspired dish. The pork is tender, the vegetables are fresh but still a bit crispy, and it has one of my favorites: homemade kimchee. What makes the dish really fun is it is served sizzling on a cast-iron plate with a wooden bottom. Great flavor, fun, and filling."
