And it's fusion without overthinking it. They claim nearly a dozen influences in their cooking—Hungarian, Eastern European Jewish, Japanese, Irish, Polish, German, Filipino, Slovakian, Laotian, Mexican and Mayan—to which they bring a decidedly California influence.
