Well, damn: ChefsFeed Indie Week in Richmond, VA was a good time.

Because we're not one to slow a good thing down, we're keeping the party train moving—with three new cities, all in the next two months. These suckers sell out fast, so do yourself a huge favor and snag a ringside seat to the kitchen lovefest. Here's where we're popping up next:

Pittsburgh host chef Justin Severino joined the ChefsFeed Indie Week ranks way back in 2014, when we ran around Austin like we knew what we were doing. Now, Severino will open his doors at Cure (consistently ranked among the coolest spots to eat) to an all-new all-star line-up in just a few weeks. (!) Count on some of the brightest lights in Pennslyvania repping their state over three incredible nights—we see you, Csilla Thackray and Kevin Sousa—along with national chefs like CFIW alum and California luminary Jeremy Fox of Los Angeles, and the powerhouse behind Houston's buzzy Theodore Rex, Justin Yu. In our books, it's basically October, so giddy up Pittsburgh: we want to see you there. Grab tickets now.

Denver’s dining scene is straight FIRE, and it has been for a while. Time to release a  bunch of hyped chefs from all over the country onto the ultimate culinary playground, don't you think? We couldn’t be more excited to be teaming up with our pal chef Gregory Gourdet—he of Top Chef, great hair, and good vibes—to hold CFIW at Departure. Well-known nationally for Gourdet's fresh, bright takes on global staples, Departure will play host to the most innovative chefs from around the country—18 visiting and six local—to bring this Mile-High experience to life. With its colorful arts district, ever-present and influential craft beer devotees, and rapidly growing restaurant scene, it's practically begging for this kind of epic throwdown. What's one more plan on Halloween weekend? Reserve your spot now!

Portland has punched above its culinary weight for years, and frankly, we'd be remiss if CFIW didn't swing through to end the year on a high. From a cook's perspective, it has it all: bountiful local produce, proximity to Oregon wine country, local fish and meat purveyors, and an undying rebellious and creative spirit. We’re thrilled to be partnering with the relentlessly fun CFIW alum chef BJ Smith (Smokehouse Tavern, Smokehouse Provisions, Kim Jong Smokehouse) to host a new crew at the straight-up gorgeous spot, Renata. Chefs from Florida to Alaska and everywhere in between are flying in for this one. What better way to get crushed a few days away from a major eating holiday? Better yet: bring the whole family and say thanks over outrageously beautiful food you don't have to cook. Tickets now available!
