If you're planning to start your Easter morning with some eggs (not of the pastel dyed variety), we've pulled together this list of the brunch spots that our contributing chefs love, serving everything from morning pastries to Venezuelan style brunch.

Las Vegas: Chef Gary LaMorte recommends Bouchon for "the best brunch in Las Vegas, hands down."

New York City: For his favorite house-smoked bacon, chef Anthony Sasso heads to Diner, known for its "small, solid menu with specials that change daily based on seasonal ingredients."


Philadelphia: Chef Pierre Calmels recommends Lacroix at The Rittenhouse's "unique" brunch, saying, "The menu changes often, but the selection of cold salads, raw bar, hot stations in the kitchen, and chocolate fountain offerings are just perfect. Champagne is required!"


San Francisco: Chef Tim Archuleta says Foreign Cinema is his favorite brunch because "you can choose from a raw bar, appetizers, and an egg dish with a full bar and an amazing wine list to complement the food."


Atlanta: Chef Steven Satterfield recommends Holeman & Finch since he's "a sucker for a boozy brunch" and it has "the best mix of good Southern fare and excellent cocktails."


Los Angeles: Chef Akasha Richmond says she "loves everything" from Cooks County. "Forget your no-carb diet, because all her pastries and desserts are a must."

Portland: Chef Chris DiMinno recommends The Country Cat Dinner House & Bar, which serves brunch seven days a week. He says it's "one of the few places in Portland where you can get brunch on a Tuesday."


Boston: Chef Josh Buehler heads to La Casa De Pedro for its Venezuelan brunch and spicy hot sauce, plus "live music, outdoor seating, great white sangria and massive plates."


Chicago: Chef Bruce Sherman is a fan of Big Jones' beignets during brunch, which are "super tasty before hunkering down for a hearty N’awlins-style breakfast."


Dallas: Chef André Natera recommend's The Grape's Haystack, which is "great for Sunday brunch" and "everything you could want in a breakfast meal, especially after a late night."
