First, the good news: We've partnered with national dinner series Indie Chefs Week to bring you more chefs in more standout food cities than ever before. Presto, change-o: meet ChefsFeed Indie Week, now at your service.

Beloved by chefs and guests alike for its genuine vibe and high-end service with a relaxed ethos, CFIW turns an already incredibly dynamic creative experience into a uniquely communal one. There'll be no crowds clamoring for a tiny sample plate, served by a tired chef with dead shark eyes—just unparalleled face time with the country’s most compelling culinary talent over twelve stunning courses.

Each event features a curated crew of 24 chefs (multiple James Beard Foundation Award and Food & Wine Best New Chef winners among them) coming together to host once-in-a-lifetime dining experiences in each city. Enjoy your meal a few feet from the choreography of the kitchen, and interact with each chef tableside as they explain the finer points of flavor and philosophy.

This is hospitality as it should be: unmatched food and drink, total connection, and no pretense. Look for us in the coming months as we pop up everywhere from Los Angeles, NYC, and Chicago to Seattle, Charleston and beyond.

Last week Portland was host to Chefs Week PDX, a 4-day event that brought together 48 of the best chefs in the west to collaborate and make some badass food. Here’s what went down.
