"The crisp Romaine, rich Caesar dressing, hot crispy oysters, and Parmigiano-Reggiano provide a nice contrast of both flavors and textures. There's just enough dressing to complement the fresh taste of the oysters without overpowering them. I can't get enough of this dish!"
