Bio

Chef Eddie is a culinary school graduate and a long-time Chicago line cook. After working in Barcelona, Bologna, and way too many fine-dining kitchens, he decided to take his experience in upscale restaurants and apply it in the more casual setting of the classic burgers and fries joint.

"The sloppy, finger-licking burgers are especially tasty at this old-school burger joint. The double cheeseburger is made of freshly ground chuck, and comes with griddled onions and hand-cut fries. My only regret is that he’s closed on Mondays, my day off!"
