Bio

Brook Williamson is the chef and co-owner of Hudson House, Playa Provisions, The Tripel, and DA KIKOKIKO. Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, she has carved out an impressive résumé full of leading roles and professional achievement, such as being the youngest female chef to ever cook at the James Beard House and winning Bravo’s “Top Chef” Season 14 in Charleston.

"The Hudson House owned by Brooke Williamson is a great gastropub in Redondo Beach. Their hanger steak has more flavor in it than it should be able to hold; it's just amazing! Served with truffle cheese fries, you can’t find a better steak locally. And the Hudson Pretzel burger with grilled onions, bacon, arugula, and Jarlsberg cheese is one of the best burgers I've ever had. If you don’t get the steak, make sure to add the truffle fries to it instead!"
