"The truffle and fontina is good on its own. I love the combination of the slightly funky cheese with the truffle oil. The key to this great dish is the yolk from the egg though. When the server drops off the pizza they use the back of a spoon to crack the yolk and spread it all over the pizza. It's so decadent."

"Mike Isabella is constantly updating the 'wood oven' dishes with the seasons. I especially like the bone marrow with pistachio, cured lemon, and bacon. It's hard to pick one item off this menu, because they all rock!"

"I enjoyed the smokiness of the eggplant with the walnuts and peppers and, of course, the flatbread. The feta brings it all together well. Try some of the spit-roasted meats cooked over a wood fire, too, for an aromatic treat."
