Born and raised in Hawaii, Executive Chef Theresia Ota brings over a decade of coast-to-coast experience to oversee the creative small plates and snacks menu at The Monarch Cocktail Bar & Lounge. A graduate of the culinary program at Johnson & Wales, Theresia has worked in New York, San Francisco, and Denver, and is interested in vibrant flavor combinations that complement the diverse range of drink and cocktail choices at The Monarch.
