About Carlos Salazar

Chef Salazar has spent the last 10 years cooking and learning from some of Indianapolis' best chefs including Steven Oakley at Oakleys Bistro. Located at Fletcher Place, Rook looks to take innovative twists on food inspired by the street-food stalls in Asia and the Philippines. Look for items like his award-winning pig-face hash, homemade dumplings, fresh noodles, and rice bowls - recipes from his native Philippines.
