Bio

Erik Hopfinger, nickname "The Pirate Chef" is the owner and founder of the Finger Food Restaurant Consulting. He worked his way through the ranks of several New York City and Bay Area restaurants. In 2002, he was named a SF Chronicle “Rising Star." In 2008, he even appeared on the popular television show, Top Chef.
