Chef Nathanial Zimet reviews Falafel salad at Three Muses

"Daniel Esses makes really good falafel on soft slider buns with a cucumber and mint yogurt sauce. I love a falafel, and I like that this one is on bread. Sometimes with pita, it just takes over and is kind of dry, but this is on a really nice, soft slider bun, and with the falafel, it is really succulent."
