"Richard Corrigan runs one of the best seafood restaurants in London, and he is also one of the most generous chefs. It's best to sit at the bar and just be fed. In the summer, it’s also nice to sit outside. My favourite dish is the smoked salmon with Richard's soda bread, but I also like the fish pie and their oysters."

"Bentley’s has a real timeless feel about the place. It is a really beautiful restaurant. I love going down on a Saturday night to have some of their oysters on the half-shell and a glass of champagne. Another favourite of mine is their Stilton cheese and a glass of port."
