Nicole Krasinski at The Progress


Nicole Krasinski is the pastry chef/co-owner of The Progress and State Bird Provisions. While working at the legendary Tapawingo, in Ellsworth MI, owned by Harlan “Pete” Peterson, she developed her own unique style of cooking, blending simplicity with seasonal and local foods. She won the James Beard Foundation Award for "Best Chef: West" in 2015.
