Telmo Faria at Uma Casa

Telmo Faria is the chef for Uma Casa. His personal goal has never been to "challenge" people with his food, but rather to connect with people through his food. His Portuguese menu is inspired and approachable, with an eye toward traditional old world flavors and a nod to local California cuisine.

"Soft egg this dish is everything!! A soft egg in a bowl topped with truffle oil, Parmesan crisp, scallop espuma, and definitely add the optional caviar. Paired with the house made bread, this is the most delicious, and refined umami bomb ever."
"Thanks to ChefsFeed for this kick ass new version of the app...I'm loving it!!! What do you guys think ???"
"Looking for a fun place to watch football while enjoying some great food and drinks? Tacolicious is running special game day menus at our North Beach and Palo Alto locations, all day Saturday, Sunday and Mondays from 5 to close. A burger, nachos and more!"
"Hey everyone! I'm headed to New Orleans in a few weeks, any suggestions for me on where I should eat, or any can't miss places (food, drink, music) ? Thanks!"
