"Karen Damasco’s dessert is my favorite dessert to eat, hands down. The dish has such complex textures for such an easy recipe. It comes with lemon confit on top and it's part-cake, part-pudding. It's also served with buttermilk ice cream. Karen was nice enough to give me the recipe, but mine never comes out as good as hers."
