"Chef Leah Cohen was born to cook this food—literally. When a chef has the opportunity to showcase food from their family’s native culture, it always tastes amazing. Grab a seat on the porch and order the bottomless self-serve Pabst Blue Ribbon. Reminds me of a high-school keg party."

"Crispy pig face and a fried egg—it's everything a chef or foodie could want. Order this with a side of white rice and you'll feel like you are eating as well as anyone on the planet. Leah Cohen nailed this dish and it's a must-have on the Lower East Side."
