We partnered with Berkeley Olive Grove to create a blend of California olive oil that’s perfectly suited to pair with sweet cream and a touch of salt. To each small batch of ice cream, we add a hearty swirl of homemade lemon curd for a bright, tart, and deliciously jammy capstone to this epicurean delight."

This is our spin on the infamous date shakes of Palm Springs, upgraded with the incredible sustainably farmed fruit from Flying Disc Ranch in the Coachella Valley. "With its farm-to-cone, creative flavors, don’t expect less from Portland’s best scoop. They have an amazing way of melding sweet and savory flavors. Even Oprah goes nuts over their crazy and delicious flavor combinations. My favorite is their most popular flavor for a reason, and the best play of sweet and salty in one scoop: lightly salted ice cream foiled by ribbons of rich caramel.
