"I grew up down south and have a special place in my heart for all things Southern. These biscuits are the best in the Northeast. The sausage gravy is super creamy and rich, with the right amount of salt. Covering the biscuits in gravy and then topping them with an over-easy egg and some fried chicken makes for the perfect brunch dish, period. Chef Nookie Postal is unreal!"
