"If I see pork belly on a menu, I order it. This is an amazing pork chop with the belly attached. It's huge and can be shared by two. They load up on the cabbage and greens in this dish, which is dressed with a vinaigrette to balance out the heaviness of the pork. I also like to order the "Daily Requirements" (clever!), a.k.a. vegetables, such as wood oven asparagus and duck-fat cauliflower. Everything is perfectly cooked, seasoned and balanced—and super Paleo friendly."
