"Bill Kim is a master at producing different levels of flavor in his noodle soups. There's soba with Thai basil broth, and ramen with shiitake and pho broth, and then there's this spicy pork broth soup with hominy and kimchi that practically knocks you out. Order a side of kimchi and Chinese eggplant. This place is also BYOB."
