"When it comes to burgers, it's all about the meat and bun for me. Maple & Motor gets them both right. The burger patty itself is eight ounces of freshly ground beef, and it's cooked on a seasoned griddle, the only way a great burger should be cooked. The bun is perfectly toasted as well. Just make sure you roll up your sleeves. Also check out the fried baloney sandwich."

"It’s all about a fresh cooked burger that’s seasoned to perfection. This one is a melt-in-your-mouth truck-stop burger. Order a double with cheese and get it with grilled onions. For a burger concept, you have to have the whole experience right—great burger, great fries, and a dessert you just can’t pass up. This place has it all, and their gob—chocolate cake with a cream filling—is a must."

"Jack Perkins’ joint is a treasure. The burgers are standard Texas-style and juicy as a Parker County peach! Get it with double meat, jalapeños, bacon, fries, and a Coors draft. If you’re feeling a little daffy, get a brisket sandwich as well. A food coma never felt this good."
