About Collin Hilton

Collin Hilton is the chef for ABV. After cooking through South America, he started working at Mission Pie. Since then, he's done local pop ups, to honing flavor profiles for Bay Area distilleries, he has continued to expand his horizons and his vision of “a good meal.”
