Under Price’s direction, the seasonal menu at Il Fiorista focuses on flavors highlighting flowers in their many edible forms. At Il Fiorista, Price works directly with local farmers. Price has 20 years of experience working at acclaimed restaurants around the world, such as, Il Buco Alimentari & Vineria, Asiate, Jose Andres' China Poblano, Jean-Georges Vongerichten's Kauai Grill and The Peninsula Chicago.

"The chicken at Il Buco's new spot is super moist and flavorful. The skin is crispy and the meat is tender and moist, not a touch over-cooked. It's one of the best roasted chickens I have had. A great roasted chicken such as this makes me a bit nostalgic of an unforgettable home-cooked meal."
