About Rupam Bhagat

Rupam Bhagat is the chef/owner of Dum. Most recently he was the Executive Sous Chef at the Ritz Carlton Dove Mountain and moved back to the Bay Area to pursue a long time goal of starting his own venture. Dum is his interpretation of Indian food that he grew up on and love the most about.
