Behind the Scenes

Negroni Week 2018 continues
"Negroni Week 2018 continues with “Blood of a Poet” and it is a playful Negroni variation because it’s opal white and has no gin nor Campari, but all the flavor of a Negroni. This is made with a bergamot vodka from Square One (this has lots of the essential oils in it, so you get that opal/glowing luge effect when it mixes with water,) Saler’s Gentian aperitif as the bitter element and Dolin Blanc vermouth de chambery as the vermouth. It’s herbaceous and floral at the same time. A small blood orange wheel is the garnish for a bright pop of color! - - - - - - - - - - #vodka #drink #negroniweek2018 #negroniweek #negroni #goodcause #campari #foreigncinemasf #gin #sweetvermouth #classic #drinks #drink #spirits #bar #bartender #cocktails #cocktail #amaro #spritz #spritzer #brunch #cocktailporn #sanfrancisco #bayarea #california #restaurant #happyhour #charity 📸@leonardmartinhughet"
