About Adam Allison

Chef Adam has been in the Restaurant business for over 15 years. He has worked every position in the back-of-house and owned several food trucks along with one still with Hollenbeck and another partner called Left Coast Burrito. Chef Adam has put together an incredible team to spearhead this project and is excited to be the executive chef/Owner. Chef Adam is an Award-winning chef who attended Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School in Scottsdale. He has been featured on Esquire TV along with local channels such as NBC 12, ABC 15, CBS 5, FOX 10 and Channel 3. Chef Adam enjoys cooking with his Southern roots and adding a Southwest Kick. He tends to focus on Local Farmers and distributors for his food ingredients and you will notice this throughout the Handlebar Diner’s menus.
