About Zach Lutton
He worked in kitchens while attending school for pre-med and eventually found out that food is where his true passion resides. He then decided to shift gears and pursue his culinary passions full-time while attending school at the renowned Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. Upon returning to his hometown of San Antonio, he noticed that there was a lack of of healthy options and that was when the concept of Zedric's came about! He enlisted his brother, Vince, and mother, Elaine, to help him get the business launched in 2010 and they, and their team have been helping spread the Fit with Flavor message through one healthy meal at a time!
