David Bull, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, is the executive chef and co-owner of Second Bar + Kitchen in Austin, Texas and partner at La Corsha Hospitality. Chef Bull is a household name in the Austin restaurant scene earning acclaim as one of “The Best New Chefs” by Food and Wine in 2003, competing on Food Network’s “Iron Chef America” as well as receiving nominations in 2007 and 2014 for the prestigious James Beard Foundation Awards as “Best New Chef Southwest” and “Best Chef Southwest” respectively.

"This is a crazy, unique dish with flavors that go well together. They are served with gorgonzola dip and the pickles are in a Buffalo wing sauce. The dish is super acidic and goes great with a cold beer, but I always order it with one of their cocktails."
