Tonight’s Supper Club starts with Wagyu Beef Tartare with Coffee-Cured Duck Egg Yolk and Grilled Baguette, followed by a Mixed Grill of Boudin Blanc, Wild Boar Andouille Sausage, Quail and a Pork Chop with Potatoes Lyonnaise and Arugula Salad.
