"Red Pine: Ford’s gin, house-pine cone liqueur, lemon juice The liqueur and drink I modeled off of alpine flavors & wintertime. Throughout the alps are pine liqueurs of various styles. This one blends many styles utilizing the cone, needles, and many other herbs. Young pine fruit and needles wild harvested, macerated with 25 alpine botanicals in high proof London dry gin. Naturally red colored from the cone extract, with a great tannic quality and honeyed texture from the fir sap."
