"Let me start off by saying that I don't understand kimchi... I don't like the way it smells, the way it tastes or the texture, but put it with this pork belly and it's one of my all time favorite pork dishes. The sweet and spicy sauce cuts through the fatty pork belly and makes you feel like you can eat 10 pounds of it during one sitting."

"Hedy Goldsmith. Enough said. She uses a lot of fresh ingredients and her desserts are so well-balanced. The key ingredient, tangerine, really shines in this case. It's not muddled with too much sugar and the texture is creamy, just the way it is supposed to be."
