About Katy Keefe

Katy Keefe joined the team at McCrady’s in Charleston, South Carolina, in 2015. As Pastry Chef, she oversees the dessert menu, changing it frequently to coincide with McCrady’s constantly evolving dinner menus, as well as managing the entire pastry department. She is a Culinary Institute of America graduate and has held stagiaires at many prominent restaurants and bakeries including Daniel, Jean-Georges, Mast Brothers, and Dominique Ansel Bakery in New York, and Girl and the Goat in Chicago.

"@jjsleasman has been asking me for 3.5 years to make him cannoli. For his last weekend @mccradys he also asked for them to be a tower. 😎 We will miss him at the restaurant, but maybe most of all his ideas for staff meals. Props to @richardcapizzi for teaching me the cannoli game, and my mom for sending me her muffuletta recipe.n"
