"New special @pokpokny Yam Makheua Thet: heirloom tomatoes with fish sauce, green Thai chiles and coriander leaf. Learned from Pa Leuan in Ban Mai, Mae Rim (she also makes our laap spice) as an accompaniment to Laap Meuang, the northern Thai version of laap, but it’s just plain good by itself!"
