About Rachael Zaracki

Manager of a food cart that sells healthy fresh fast food cooked slow where all items are gluten free. I am a health nut and desire to address disease prevention through a holistic life style change. I am currently studying to become a Master Herbalist so that I can further study he medicinal properties of plants to allow food to be our medicine and medicine our food. I can't live without kombucha, my juicer, and a good pair of athletic leggings. I desire to apprentice with someone who can teach me how to scavenge, harvest, and create tinctures and poultices out of what's in our backyard. I want to live in California and learn more about vegan and raw cooking.
