About Brittany Garrigus-Cheatham

Brittany is a passionate, creative Chef who has worked at some of the most acclaimed restaurants in Birmingham, including James Beard's “Most Outstanding Restaurant in America,” Highlands Bar & Grill. In 2016, she was tapped to helm the pastry arts program at Satterfield’s, where she develops all of the restaurant’s farm-to-table desserts and is responsible for all baked goods. Brittany is a also an active member of the Birmingham chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier.
