Vetri Cucina Las Vegas

The Story: Located at the very top of The Palms, Las Vegas, Vetri Cucina serves Northern Italian fare by famed Philly Expert/Chef Marc Vetri. With the best handmade pasta, legendarily excellent service, and some of the best views of the Vegas skyline to be had, Vetri Cucina is not to be missed.

What to Eat: Our Experts recommend the savory and sweet Fig Caramelle with Gorgonzola Dolces Fonduta, and the Smoked Goat with Soft Polenta. The menu changes with what’s best of the season, so trust your gut and the expertise of your well-educated servers when making selections.

What to Drink: Dig into their selection of Italian imported varietal wines.

The Vibe: Romantic and warmly lit, you’ll want a table by the huge class windows so you can take in the stunning neon sprawl of Vegas from your perch in the Art Deco glass castle atop The Palms. Or, if you tend towards vertigo, take a cozy, more casual seat at the bar and make new friends.

When to Go: After you’ve hit it big at the tables. We’re not going to lie: an evening at Cucina Verti isn’t’ going to be cheap, but it will be memorable. This is a fabulous place to celebrate good news, an engagement, or just the fact that you are alive and flush enough to be able to enjoy experiences such as these. They’re open nightly from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. on the weekdays, and until 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Reservations are always a fine idea.
