"If I’m at Yakitori Taisho, it’s usually no earlier than 2 o'clock in the morning and we always start with a pitcher of beer. I get the squid legs and kimchee with a side of rice (among at least six other things). The squid legs are tender but have a nice chew to them, and the kimchee is spiced well with a beautiful funkiness to it. It's super comforting and soaks up all the poison."
