"I love spicy food, and the food at Hunan Seafood has definite heat. In particular, I love the fried lamb ribs that are buried in a huge, comical pile of Sichuan peppercorns, garlic, and fried peppers, giving off that 'mala' spicy and numbing heat you can really only get from a combination of chiles and Sichuan peppercorns. The heat makes you salivate and drives up your endorphins so much that you want more."
