"Over the past two years, my husband and I have hosted pop-ups, had a smørrebrød and porridge stand at the farmers market and baked a tremendous amount of sprouted rye bread. All of that to reach our ultimate goal: to open our own casual Scandinavian eatery, Kantine. We'd never gotten this far without the help of so many enthusiastic and passionate people. It's what's kept us going - without good people around us, we'd have sunk.
