French onion soup


"The most amazing thing about this place is the size of the kitchen and the quantity and quality the bearded, bandana-wearing breakfast cook pumps out of it. Although the eggs Florentine and a lemon presse is the perfect amount of food for brunch, I always order soup to make it worth the wait since it's always long. I usually go with the onion soup, piping-hot with melted cheese that is so stringy it won't break unless you take a pair of scissors to it."
