"I am a vanilla girl at heart, which is odd for a pastry chef. I love a great vanilla ice cream, and the cats at Fat Cat Creamery have perfected their vanilla ice cream using only local ingredients. It’s smooth, creamy, and perfectly balanced. A little salt at the end really makes the vanilla pop. It’s even better with a little birthday cake. They don't have a storefront, but you can find it at coffee shops and specialty food stores."
